Sandi Maki is the coordinator of everything and will be here to help you find answers to the questions you need, and fitting your requests into the schedule. She’s also handy to call when you need to troubleshoot why your pump won’t prime, or to find out if that noise is ‘normal’. She’d love to help you coordinate the service you need, or get the pool in your backyard that the pool guy has helped you dream about. She also heads up the online brand and Ask the Pool Guy’s Store – so she’s always looking for new products to feature!

Here’s what you really need to know, be an exceptional customer, and Jessie will make sure you have an exceptional customer experience – you would have to spend a day in her shoes to understand some of the incredible and interesting requests that come her way. She is also a gifted writer about all things swimming pool, and helps the pool guy and the coordinator of everything keep up with the high volume of requests that come through the website, via phone calls, and emails every day. If there’s something to share via the blog, she’s great at summarizing what homeowners need to know – we will miss her as she heads back to school in the fall – stay tuned for more from Jessie as she puts together her blog series “Notes From a First-Year Pool Girl.”
